AlphaHuman Vitamins and Supplements Purchase, Returns, and Refunds Policy (Terms and Conditions)

Thank you for shopping with us. At AlphaHuman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

All products sold on the AlphaHuman website are marketed as vitamins or dietary supplements. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use of any supplement should be at your discretion and, ideally, under the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.

Our vitamins and supplements comply with applicable regulations. We only source and sell products authorised for sale in South Africa, and we urge customers to purchase only from licensed, reputable retailers. However, under SAHPRA guidelines, returns of vitamins and supplements are restricted, and products that leave our facility should only be accepted back under limited conditions.

Requirements for Returns

  • The item must remain unopened, in its original sealed container, with the original label intact.
  • There must be no signs of tampering, contamination, spoilage, or exposure to adverse conditions (e.g., moisture, extreme temperature).
  • Valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) must be provided when requesting a return or refund.
  • Returns must be requested within our stated return window (e.g., within 7 to 14 days of delivery).
  • Products with short expiration dates will not be accepted for return.
  • Fridge line products must be returned within 48 hours of delivery to maintain product integrity and safety. No fridge line product returns shall be done on a Friday for Gauteng customers, or Thursday and Fridays for clients outside of Gauteng.
  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or removed from their original sealed packaging are not eligible for return for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • If a product is defective, damaged on delivery, or incorrect, please contact info@alphahuman.co.za within 48–72 hours of delivery. We may proceed with a replacement or refund once the item is returned in original, unopened condition.

Replacement and Different Products

If you would prefer a different product, please contact us. Once your return is approved and received, we will guide you through the next steps for a replacement or a new order.

By purchasing from this website, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions and confirms responsibility for the appropriate and lawful use of all products.

Return Process

  • On receiving your order or delivery, please inspect all items and contact us immediately at info@alphahuman.co.za if:
    • Your product(s) is damaged.
    • You have received the wrong product(s).
  • After reviewing your request, our team will contact you to:
    • Guide you through the process.
    • Provide shipping details (if your return is accepted).
  • Items sent back to AlphaHuman without first contacting us will not be accepted.
  • At this time, we only accept returns of complete orders (i.e., no partial returns accepted).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to reflect as bank processing times may vary between different branches. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@alphahuman.co.za.
